First Tee opens course at Valley Hi

We had a terrific turnout for our Veterans Caucus learning about how our Colorado National Guard responded to the Big Thompson flood, the Waldo Canyon Fire, and the Black Forest Fire. My Medicaid Bill hits the skids…

Today we had our hearing for our Medicaid bill, “Tax Incentive on the Unreimbursed Portion of Medicaid”. This bill would have reduced the time for government reimbursements to Medicaid providers and offered and incentive for them to keep their Medicaid practice.  We had testimony from dentists and doctors, but the bill failed unanimously in House.. read more →

So many of our veterans are denied state services that would fall into their benefits because our state does not have a definition matching the U.S. definition. This disparity is now in the past with the passage of my bill HB 16-1125, which aligned the definitions in perpetuity. Thank you Senator Baumgardner for being my senate.. read more →
