heather-n-kitWe’re in full swing now on the campaign and that includes coming to you, to your door. I want to spend time learning about what you care about. I want to know what matters and is important to you and your family.  I trust you! I believe in you! The best way to help you is to stop, listen, and hear what you have to say.

We’ve been to more than 2,000 homes and talked to lots of people. I met Heather as I was walking. What a terrific gal! She’s very well educated and a military wife, who has moved to our neighborhood in the past year. She should be able to get a job quickly with her experience in sports coaching, physical therapy and training, and working with our military and children. Yet, she has not found anything. Heather is educated well enough that she could start her own business if she wanted. What ever Heather decides to do, I want it to be possible for her to have some choices and to succeed.

Like Heather, jobs and the economy, hands-down, is the number one challenge to you and me. We can take a lesson from our grandparents and great grandparents. They turned our American economy around when the economy tanked. They just started a business, or knew someone who had a business that could use their abilities and talents. You can’t do that today because there is so much regulation. Oh, regulations may have been well intended but that doesn’t mean much when these regulations are failing us – oppressing us. For the first time in American history, regulations are choking our economy and stopping you from achieving your American Dream. I have a plan and the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) listened to my plan and agreed with me. The NFIB has endorsed me and our campaign and not the other guy.

I ask for your vote and your support so we can change our economy and create jobs. You and I – we can change our economy. We can make it possible for us to have our American Dream.

P.S. Take a look at the NFIB to learn more about business issues.  https://www.nfib.com/colorado/nfib-victories/
